The LMTZ Francisco Josephinum offers a wide variety of seminars with highly practical orientation. The already acquired theoretical knowledge will be illustrated and improved by practical demonstrations in the plant.

Food technology

    • milk technology workshops for managers, specialists, teachers and interest groups
    • product-specific expert seminars
    • courses for cheese sommeliers in co-operation with provincial organizations of the WIFI
    • individually designed workshops exclusively for the enterprises
    • preparation courses for the master´s certificate in co-operation with BAM-Rotholz

    Sensory testing

      • intensive seminars relating to sensory testing basics
      • advanced courses relating to different product groups
      • individually designed workshops exclusively for enterprises

      Direct marketing

      • basic seminars for 3 days with regard to milk processing directly on a farm
      • advanced seminars for 1 day with regard to special product groups (soft-, semi-hard- and hard cheese, cottage cheese, butter, ice, desserts, etc.)
