The standard parameters are the water content, the ash content, the calorific value, the content of volatile components, the bulk density, the mechanical strength of pellets, the particle size distribution, the particle density of pellets, the dimensions of pellets and briquettes and the ash melting behavior.
Solid fuels
Various standard parameters on solid biofuels are examined in the BLT fuel laboratory. The results are compared with the relevant limit values of the ÖNORM EN ISO 17225 series and other ÖNORMS (e.g. C 4001: Chopped Miscanthus, C 4003: Loose Corn cobs).
