Carrying out wear tests under realistic and reproducible conditions regardless of weather and season:

• A device slide with 3-point suspension is moved alternately in an abrasive basin
   
• Measurement data:
  - Gravimetric determination of wear
  - Optical wear determination by means of a 3D scan
  - Power consumption of different tools
