OPS

The OPS test (Operator-Protective-Structure) simulates the horizontal penetration of an object through the window or the protective grid of the vehicle cabin.

The OPS test is particularly important for forest machines such as harvesters and forwarders, but also for tractors used in forestry, because a tree trunk must be prevented from entering the cab.

The test load is applied to five specified points. The survival zone must not be penetrated.
