For the seat belt anchorage test the seat belt is loaded for the test forwards and backwards at a certain upward angle.
The test load corresponds to a multiple of the weight of the driver's seat and weight of the driver. Usual values for the forward load: 6,000 N under 45° upwards.
The test is passed if the seat belt anchorage and the driver's seat have not failed.
